Jean Philbert Nsengimana is the Minister of Youth and ICT in Rwanda. His top priority is to spearhead policies and partnerships that support Rwanda’s transformation into a knowledge economy. Two of his Ministry’s flagships are YouthConnekt – a platform that connects young people to role models, resources, skills and employment opportunities – and Smart Rwanda – an initiative that focuses on transforming the Agriculture, Education, Healthcare, Government and Business sectors with innovative applications of ICTs.
